ABOUT THE CHEESE TRAIL

Cheese Trail (CheeseTrail.org) is a long-running initiative that began in California and is now expanding nationally to support artisan cheesemakers, cheese shops, farms, and cheese-centric businesses across the United States. Through our website, printed maps, national partnerships, and a rapidly growing directory, we help people discover exceptional cheeses and connect directly with the makers behind them.

This internship supports an important phase of our national expansion, helping us work with cheesemakers and cheese businesses in multiple states. You will play an active role in shaping Cheese Trail’s visibility through social media, storytelling, and digital outreach.

Under the mentorship of founders Vivien and Michael Straus, you’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and community engagement within the food and agriculture sector.

This internship is open only to currently enrolled students as required by our program partners.
