Tulip Tree Creamery
Indianapolis
Edit Profile (BETA)

Tulip Tree Creamery is an artisanal cheese and butter maker located on the northwest side of Indianapolis. We craft all our products by hand using fresh milk from Country Meadows, an Indiana family farm that doesn't use hormones or antibiotics in their milking herd. Our commitment to quality starts at the source and extends through every step of our process.

We offer a unique taste of local flavor through our handcrafted cheeses and cultured butter, all made using vegetarian-friendly microbial rennet. Our recipes are inspired by traditional European methods, but we add our own innovative twists to create truly unique products.

You can find our creations in select supermarkets, gourmet shops, wine and cheese shops, and butcher shops throughout the U.S., with heavier distribution in the Midwest, East, and West Coast. We also sell at weekly farmers markets in the Indianapolis area and offer gift boxes for nationwide shipping through our online store.

We're more than just a creamery - we're a hub for food enthusiasts, offering cheese making and pairing classes that bring our community together. We're always developing new products and love getting feedback from our customers on which types of cheese we should make next.

Our mission is to create exceptional dairy products while having fun, caring for our planet, and collaborating with local food artisans. We're proud to be a workplace where passion meets purpose, attracting customers who appreciate quality, sustainability, and the art of fine cheese and butter.

At Tulip Tree Creamery, we're not just making cheese and butter - we're cultivating a culture of food appreciation and environmental responsibility, from farm to table, and we're excited to have you join us on this delicious journey.
