Fiscalini Farmstead started as a dairy farm over 100 years ago in Modesto, Ca.

We are family owned and operated and we are committed to making the best-tasting, handcrafted cheeses in the world. By preserving old-world traditions, we use only the milk from our cows which we tend with utmost care, resulting in superior tasting cheese.

Our family, master cheesemakers and our team take great pride in sharing our tradition with consumers nationwide.

We grow over seventy percent of the feed for our herd and use wastewater to fertilize our crops. We recycle water and waste to produce electricity, and our cheese is made with renewable energy.
