A Portuguese table cheese made with pasteurized Jersey cow milk aged 3-7 months. This is a crowd-pleaser as it's used on a cheeseboard, on salads, for grilled cheese, macaroni & cheese, and many other dishes. Great also with fig or tomato jam. Pairs well with white, red wines, and any one of our great craft brews in Sonoma County.
Ingredients: Cows milk, Cultures, Vegetable rennet, Sea salt.
