Cow

Cal Poly dairy products are considered “farmstead,” meaning they are produced onsite from the milk of our own cows. The university operates a 200-cow dairy, across the street from the Creamery, composed of half Jersey and half Holstein cows. Our cows produce clean, wholesome milk without the use of artificial grown hormones (rBST).

Ingredients: Cultured pasteurized whole milk, Chipotle Peppers, salt, enzymes, Annatto (color).
