Der Gouda is a goat milk, gouda–style cheese with a natural rind and a delicate gouda flavor. Aged for approximately three to five months, it reflects both the character of goat’s milk and subtle hints of cave aging.

The texture is semi-soft, with light eye formation and a silky mouthfeel. The flavor is rich and balanced, offering toasted almond notes and gentle goat character, followed by a very clean finish.

Der Gouda pairs well with finer wines and brews, where its delicacy and structure can be fully appreciated. It is available as 4 oz and 8 oz wedges, vacuum sealed, as well as a 4 lb wheel wrapped in butcher paper.
