Mountain Home Woodsmoked Cheddar is a hand-made rendition from GOOT ESSA’s ancestral homeland, aged and woodsmoked to develop its character. Aged for approximately 18 months, it is a smooth, medium-bodied, semi-hard white cheddar.

The flavor features rich, smoky notes laced with the well-rounded tang of American cheddar. The smoke integrates cleanly into the cheese, enhancing rather than masking the cheddar base.

This is GOOT ESSA’s signature cheddar, defined by its balance of smoke and classic cheddar flavor. Mountain Home Woodsmoked Cheddar is available in 4 oz and 8 oz blocks, as well as a 5 lb loaf, and is vacuum sealed for freshness.
