Made in small batches, this soft, spreadable cheese highlights the natural richness of our milk while allowing fresh, clean flavors to shine.

What makes this cheese unique begins with the milk itself. Sheep’s milk is naturally higher in butterfat and protein than cow’s milk, creating a texture that is exceptionally creamy and smooth without needing added stabilizers or fillers. It is also naturally composed of 100% A2 protein and is often easier to digest, making it a welcome option for many people who find traditional dairy challenging.

The texture is light yet rich, soft and spreadable straight from the container, with a gentle body that holds its shape while remaining easy to whip, fold, or melt. It brings both indulgence and versatility to the kitchen.

The flavor is bright and clean with a delicate tang. The Plain version offers fresh dairy notes, subtle sweetness, and a smooth, cultured finish. Each flavored variety builds on that base:
Garlic Herb adds savory depth with aromatic herbs and mellow garlic. Rosemary brings a woodsy, fragrant note that pairs beautifully with roasted foods. Nettle offers a mild, green, slightly earthy flavor reminiscent of spring greens. Spicy Chilis delivers a gentle heat that balances the cheese’s natural creaminess.
