Our Beachy Head Goat Cheese is made channeling the Valençay style goat cheeses of France. The goat cheese curds are lovingly ladled by hand in the special truncated pyramid molds. Once the molds are removed each cheese is delicately dusted with a European Vegetable Ash layer. Over the aging process, the pyramids are crowned by a white bloomy ash rind.
