German  specialty! Fresh, soft, spreadable & smooth. Similar in taste to a blend  of cream cheese and sour cream, but naturally lower in fat. Excellent  substitute for sour cream, cream cheese or ricotta. Used to make our  cheesecakes!

Ingredients: Cultured pasteurized milk, potassium sorbate, rennet.
