Cambria Clothbound Cow Cheddar is a limited release only available every couple of years. It's made with local cow's milk in the traditional cheddar style and aged for 12+ months at their creamery. Rich and creamy. Store in fridge; bring to room temp for ultimate taste enjoyment.
