Tillamook Monterey Jack is a smooth, creamy cow’s milk cheese with a mild flavor, buttery richness and soft finish. Its easy-melting texture makes it a versatile choice for grilled sandwiches, burgers, quesadillas, casseroles and sauces, while its firm body is equally suited to slicing or shredding.

Made with pasteurized milk from cows not treated with rBST, Tillamook Monterey Jack contains no artificial flavors or preservatives. It is made without animal rennet, making it suitable for vegetarians, and is commonly available in 8-ounce and 16-ounce blocks.
