How It Came to Be
The idea behind Nettle was to capture the clean acidity and crumbly texture of chèvre while showcasing the gentle sweetness of pasteurized cow’s milk. Once the fresh cheese is formed, it is hand-coated in a vibrant blend of mint, garlic, salt, and nettle leaves.
