This traditional natural rind Dutch-style gouda evokes flavors of salted caramel and butterscotch with a remarkably long-lasting umami finish.   Made from local Jersey Cow milk this award-winning cheese ages a minimum of 18 months.


Pairs deliciously with peaches, apricots, apple butter and peanut brittle. Serve with a Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pilsner, Stout, Light Citrus Soda or Cider.
