Ohio Valley Pimento has all the normal tenets of a great pimento spread- the pimento bite with textural contrast from the curds, and fresh chive to bring it all together. And, of course, we use Duke's mayonnaise to keep this classic.

We adore the pimento with some pretzels and apples, it's fantastic on a burger, or stirred into your grits to make them cheesy and flavorful.

Pairs well with a Rosé, Cabernet Sauvignon or Grenache. A rich Stout, porter or lager, and for an NA option we love Leitz Eins Zwei Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé,  or a crisp Apple Soda.
