Di Stefano Cheese
Cheesemaker Mimmo Bruno, raised in Puglia Italy, was the first artisan in the U.S. to recreate Burrata, a cream-filled fresh mozzarella. His family-owned facility in Pomona is open by appointment to purchase cheese.
