Join us for Cheese 101, an engaging, educational guided tasting designed to help you better understand the world of cheese. Led by our owner and Head Cheesemonger, an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional® (ACS CCP). This event is perfect for beginners and curious food lovers alike.

- Learn how cheese is made, what defines each style, and how to identify flavor and texture profiles
- Discover how to talk about cheese with confidence and make informed choices, whether you're at the cheese counter or entertaining at home
