Hands on Cheese-making Class
The Epicurean Connection offers private hands-on cheesemaking classes with award-winning Cheesemaker/Chef Sheana Davis & Wine Educator/Cheesemaker Ben Sessions. The class included a hands-on cheesemaking class, a butter making demonstration and tasting. Each guest will receive a gift bag with a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card, cheese trail map along with an artisan cheese tasting, and a complimentary glass of wine. Guests will make a 2-3 pound Creme de Ricotta wheel of cheese. Once made, guests can add various flavors to the Creme de Ricotta from our Spice Bar. Classes are 2 hours.
Please bring a cooler to take home your cheeses.
Classes are hosted Thursday's at 12:00-2:00 Friday & Saturday at 12:00-2:00 & 3:30-5:30 Private and corporate classes available on and off site.
