We’ve just started our expansion from California and … already have cheesemakers in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin onboard!
We're excited to develop collaborations with regional cheese guilds, and grateful to early supporters including Ohio Cheese Guild, New Mexico Cheese Guild, and of course our longtime partners at the California Artisan Cheese Guild.
By expanding, we're hoping to create a 'rising tide lifts all boats' effect, like we've already seen here in California.
