Fine wheels by the cut, groceries with soul, land connected cuisine. Santa Fe's only cut-to-order cheese shop, tucked inside Chomp Food Hall. Lauren Stutzman started Picnic in 2018 as a charcuterie-board catering operation and built it into a farmstead-focused counter with a small kitchen — green chile pimento cheese, loaded baked brie, grilled cheese on Wild Leaven Bakery bread.
