Rumiano Organic Medium Cheddar is a pale-yellow, semi-hard cheese with a smooth, firm texture that is easy to slice or shred.  It has a rich, creamy flavor with a slightly tangy taste and nutty aroma.  We age our medium cheddar cheese for six months for a robust yet not overwhelming flavor profile. Medium cheddar cheese is a versatile ingredient that can be used in a wide variety of recipes, from grilled cheese sandwiches to pasta dishes.
