"My SweetPea" is named for one of Head Cheesemaker, Bettyann's, very first goats, a sweet and loving cream-colored Nigerian Dwarf. This little goat cheese round is made in a Camembert-style. A gooey creamline develops between the edible rind and dense paste middle. The flavor is mild and earthy (and even better when baked!)
Ingredients: Pasteurized Goat Milk, Salt, Culture, Enzymes.
