Thunder Jack Cheese is a Co-Jack cheese with a blend of Chipotle, Jalapeno, & Habanero peppers, with a medium heat. A nice blend of peppers for those who like a flavorful hint of Spicy & Smoky cheese. It is great for sandwiches, & snacking. The colorful array of orange & white curd with red and green peppers looks great on a cheese tray or charcuterie board. (Pairs well with Blush & Red wines, Lager, Pilsner, & Grapefruit juice.)
