The American Cheese Society (ACS) Judging & Competition winners were announced at the ACS Conference in Sacramento, California from July 23 – 26, 2025.
Best of Show:
+ Fromagerie La Station's Alfred Le Fermier from Québec won the Best of Show award. It’s the second year that Fromagerie La Station won the top award.
+ Jasper Hill Farm from Vermont won second place Best in Show for its Withersbrook Blue.

+ Several Goudas marked wins: Oakdale Cheese & Specialities (California) for its Mild Gouda, Stuyt Dairy Farmstead (California) for its El Capitan and Marieke Gouda (Wisconsin) for several ages of cheese.
+ Marin French Cheese Co. (California) won five awards for their bloomy rind cheeses, including Petite Crème, Petite Jalapeno Triple Crème Brie, Black Truffle Triple Crème Brie & Golden Gate Washed Rind Triple Crème.
+ Beehive Cheese (Utah) for Barely Buzzed.
+ Cowgirl Creamery (California) for the washed rind Red Hawk.
+ DiStefano (California) for its Di Puglia Burrata Pugliese.
+ Nicasio Valley Cheese Co. (California) for its farmstead organic Nicasio Square.
