MouCo Cheese Company is a family-owned, award-winning cheesery based in Fort Collins, Colorado. Founded in 2003, MouCo focuses on soft-ripened and washed-rind cheeses inspired by European traditions and crafted for approachability and balance.

We offers tours on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings by appointment only.

- Our facility is not wheelchair accessible, and only limited walker access is possible.
- The production area is warm and humid — that’s part of the real cheesemaking environment.
- Other days may be possible by special request, but cheesemaking activity may not be visible.
- Tours are generally free — we simply hope you’ll take some cheese home to enjoy afterward.
